Your Brand, Our Engineers · You Set the Price · NDA as Standard · No Client Solicitation
White-Label App Maintenance for Agencies
Your agency builds apps; we keep them running under your brand. White-label hosting, maintenance, monitoring and incident response for your clients' apps, so you earn recurring revenue without a support team.
What Is White-Label App Maintenance?
White-label app maintenance is a partnership in which an agency sells hosting, support and maintenance for its clients' applications under its own brand, while a specialist partner does the technical work behind the scenes. Codersarts provides white-label app maintenance for agencies: you keep the client relationship and set your own prices, and our engineers keep the apps you deliver secure, updated, monitored and backed up.
You deliver projects. We make sure they keep working after delivery.

Why Agencies Offer White-Label Maintenance
Most agencies are built to deliver projects, not to run software for years afterwards. Yet clients expect someone to be there when their app breaks. White-label maintenance solves that tension.
Recurring revenue. Monthly maintenance turns one-off projects into predictable income.
Developers stay on billable work. Your team builds new projects instead of answering support tickets for old ones.
Fewer awkward phone calls. Clients get defined response times instead of "we will look into it".
Lower risk. Backups, monitoring and incident response are handled by a team that does this every day.
Better client retention. A client with a maintenance plan is a client who comes back for the next project.

How the Partnership Works
Your Brand, Our Engineers
Your clients see your agency. Reports, runbooks and findings documents can be delivered without Codersarts branding, ready for you to send.
You Own the Client Relationship
You set prices, agree scope and handle commercial conversations. We do not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to.
One Point of Contact
You get a named point of contact on our side for all your client apps, plus a named incident-response owner for each app.
Clear Separation Between Clients
Each client's app runs in its own hosting account, owned by the client or by your agency as you agree. Access and data are never shared between clients.
Choose Your Communication Model
Model | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
Fully behind the scenes | Clients only ever speak to your agency; we work through you | Agencies that want complete control of the relationship |
Technical contact under your brand | Our engineer joins technical calls as part of your team | Agencies with technical clients who want direct answers |
Direct critical escalation | Clients can reach the on-call line for critical incidents, with you copied | Apps with 24/7 critical cover |
Onboarding a Client App
1. Introduce the App
You share what the app does, how it was built, where it runs and what support level the client needs.
2. Scope and Price
We confirm the Go-Live and Managed Run scope and our partner price. You set your resale price.
3. Secure Access
Access is shared through a secure, approved handoff, in accounts owned by the client or your agency, never in ours.
4. Go-Live or Baseline Review
New apps go through the Go-Live Package. Apps that are already live get a baseline review, monitoring and a backup restore test.
5. Monthly Support
Managed Run begins. You receive a monthly report for each app, ready to forward.
How Requests Flow Between You, Your Client and Us
1. Your Client Raises a Request
Your client contacts your agency as usual, through your helpdesk, email or account manager.
2. You Pass It to Us
You forward the request through the agreed channel, such as a ticket, email or shared workspace, with the client's priority.
3. We Triage and Act
We assign a severity, confirm the expected response time and start work. Critical incidents found by monitoring are handled immediately, even before a ticket arrives.
4. You Receive the Update
We report back to you in plain language, ready to forward under your brand.
5. Monthly Reporting
At the end of each month you receive a report for every client app, covering uptime, incidents, work done and hours used.
Service Levels You Can Promise Your Clients
Severity | Example | Acknowledgement | Recovery target |
|---|---|---|---|
Critical | Client app down or data at risk | 30 minutes with 24/7 cover | 4 hours |
High | Key feature or recurring job failing | 2 business hours | 1 business day |
Normal | Minor bug or small change | 1 business day | Next scheduled update |
These are the targets we commit to your agency, so you can include them confidently in your own client agreements.
How Resale Pricing Works
You buy each service from us at the partner price and sell it to your client at a price you set. Many agencies bundle maintenance into a monthly care plan alongside hosting, content updates or their own account management. The difference between your client price and our partner price is your margin, and the client relationship stays entirely yours.
Agencies We Work With
Web and Product Development Agencies
You build custom web apps and SaaS products and need dependable support after handover.
AI and Automation Agencies
You deliver AI agents, chatbots and automation workflows that call paid models and need monitoring, spending controls and incident response.
No-Code and AI-Tool Agencies
You build quickly with tools such as Lovable, Bolt or Cursor and need engineers to run those apps safely in production.
Marketing and Digital Agencies
You deliver client portals, booking systems or content tools alongside marketing work and want them maintained without hiring developers.
Onboarding Several Client Apps at Once
Agencies often arrive with a portfolio of past projects that nobody is maintaining. We handle these in a structured way:
We start with a short inventory of every app: stack, hosting, last update and current risk
Apps with the highest risk, such as missing backups or exposed secrets, are onboarded first
Each app gets its own scope, price and hosting account, so clients are never mixed
You decide which clients to offer maintenance to, and when
This lets you turn a backlog of unsupported projects into recurring revenue one client at a time.
What to Look for in a White-Label Maintenance Partner
Question to ask | Why it matters | Our answer |
|---|---|---|
Do they maintain the code, or only the server? | Most client issues are in the application, not the infrastructure | Both, under one agreement |
Are response times written down? | You need targets you can pass on to clients | Yes, by severity |
Are backups tested? | Untested backups fail when you need them | Monthly restore tests |
Will they stay invisible? | Your brand must stay in front | Yes, by default |
Who owns client accounts? | Clients and agencies must never be locked in | The client or your agency, never us |
Stacks We Maintain for Agencies
Node.js and TypeScript services and APIs
Next.js and React applications, including deployments on Vercel
Cloudflare Workers and D1
Supabase and Firebase projects
Python services built with FastAPI, Django or Flask
WordPress-connected applications and publishing integrations
Apps built with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable and Bolt
Quality Standards for Every Client App
Every app we maintain for your agency gets the same baseline, so your brand is protected:
Standard | What it means for your client |
|---|---|
Process supervision | Services restart automatically after a crash or reboot |
Monitoring and alerting | Problems are detected before customers report them |
Encrypted offsite backups | Data is protected and stored separately from the server |
Monthly restore test | Backups are proven to work, not assumed |
Defined response times | Critical, high and normal issues each have clear targets |
Duplicate-safe recovery | Restores never resend emails or republish content |
Written runbook | Setup, deployment and recovery are documented |
Confidentiality and Partner Commitments
A mutual NDA covers your agency and your clients' information
We do not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to
We do not solicit your clients for our own services
Client data stays in client-controlled accounts
If a client leaves your agency, we support a clean handover
Why Agencies Choose Codersarts
We maintain both the server and the application code, publish clear response times you can pass on to clients, test backups every month and stay invisible behind your brand. You keep the client, the pricing and the relationship; we keep the apps running.
Most partnerships start with a single client app. Once the first app is running smoothly, adding more apps follows the same process and the same quality standards.

It usually is if:
You deliver custom apps or AI-built products for clients
Clients ask what happens after launch, and you do not have a good answer

You want recurring revenue without hiring a DevOps team
It may not be if your agency already runs a dedicated, fully staffed support team with an on-call rota.

Sales, account management or billing of your clients
New features for client apps, which we quote separately to you
Third-party fees for hosting, platforms and services each app uses
Support for systems outside the agreed app scope
