Production Support for Developers provides technical assistance for applications that are deployed, being released, or require ongoing maintenance. Codersarts helps developers investigate production issues, analyze logs, troubleshoot application errors, resolve API and database problems, and address deployment and configuration issues.
Support covers the technical challenges that can affect application availability, performance, reliability, and functionality. This includes debugging production errors, identifying root causes, resolving performance bottlenecks, handling integration issues, and validating fixes before they are released.
Whether you need assistance with a specific production issue or ongoing technical support for an application, Codersarts can work with your existing codebase, technology stack, infrastructure, and development workflow to help maintain stable and reliable applications.

Production Support for Developers
Get expert help resolving live production issues — outages, deployment failures, performance problems, and critical bugs — before they escalate.
When something breaks in production, there's no time to figure it out alone. Codersarts Production Support pairs you with an experienced engineer who can triage, diagnose, and fix production incidents in real time, working directly in your environment under pressure.
Confidential · Real-time incident help · Hourly, daily, or on-call retainer
What Counts as "Production Support"
A live outage or application downtime incident
A failed deployment or broken release
Performance degradation under real traffic (slow queries, high latency, memory leaks)
Monitoring or alerting flags you can't diagnose alone (Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, Splunk)
A critical bug affecting real users that needs a hotfix
An AI/ML or LLM feature failing, degrading, or misbehaving in production (bad outputs, latency spikes, cost blowouts, API failures)
Root cause analysis after an incident, so it doesn't happen again
If it's happening in your live environment and users or business operations are affected, this is the right service. (For a task that isn't urgent, see Task Support; for an isolated bug in development, see Debugging Support.)
Who Uses Production Support

Junior/mid-level developers | Get guided help through your first major incident without panicking alone |
Teams mid-deployment | Get a second opinion before rolling forward or rolling back a risky release |
AI/ML engineers | Get help stabilizing an LLM or ML feature that's failing, drifting, or misbehaving in production |

How It Works
Step | What Happens |
1. Describe the incident | Share what's broken, error messages, logs, and how urgent it is — kept fully confidential |
2. Get matched fast | We pair you with an engineer experienced in your stack and the type of failure you're seeing |
3. Triage live | Screen-share while your expert helps diagnose, isolate, and fix the issue |
4. Stabilize & explain | Get the system stable, plus a root cause explanation so it doesn't recur |
Common Production Support Scenarios
Application down — critical outage affecting users, need immediate triage
Failed deployment — a release broke something and you need to fix-forward or roll back safely
Performance degradation — slow response times, timeouts, or resource exhaustion under load
Database issue — locked tables, failed migrations, or query performance collapse in production
Alert you can't interpret — a monitoring alert fired and you're not sure what it means or how urgent it is
Post-incident root cause analysis — the fire's out, but you need to understand why it happened
Risky release review — a second opinion before deploying a high-risk change
AI/LLM feature breaking in production — an LLM integration returning bad, inconsistent, or unsafe outputs; a RAG pipeline returning irrelevant results; API rate limits, timeouts, or runaway token costs; model latency spiking under real user load
Why Codersarts vs. Hiring an SRE Team
Codersarts | In-house SRE/DevOps hire | Freelance platforms | |

Cost | From $25/hr, pay only when needed | Full-time salary | $60–100/hr, variable quality |
Response time | Same-day for urgent incidents | Depends on hiring timeline | Variable |
Commitment | No long-term commitment required | Full-time headcount | No retainer structure |
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you help during an active outage? Most urgent incidents are matched with an engineer the same day; many within a few hours.
Do you fix the issue, or just advise? Both. Your expert works live with you via screen-share to diagnose and fix the issue together — you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer.
Is this confidential? Yes. Your employer or client is never contacted. NDA available on request.
Can you help decide whether to roll back a deployment? Yes. We can review the failed release with you and help weigh rolling back vs. fixing forward based on risk and impact.
Do you provide root cause analysis, or just a quick patch? Both, depending on urgency. Once the immediate incident is stable, we can help document root cause so it's prevented in the future.
What monitoring tools do you work with? Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and most standard observability stacks.
Can I set up ongoing on-call-style coverage? Yes. Monthly retainer plans with priority response SLAs are available for recurring production support needs.
Is this only for critical outages? No. It also covers less urgent production issues — performance problems, confusing alerts, or a release you want reviewed before it ships.
Can freelancers maintaining a client's app use this? Yes. Many freelancers use this to resolve a client's production issue quickly and confidentially, without the client knowing extra help was involved.
Do you support AI/ML and LLM production issues specifically? Yes. This includes LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI agents, and model-serving infrastructure — covering bad or inconsistent outputs, latency, cost spikes, rate limiting, and failures under real traffic. AI/ML production support starts from $40/hr.
